My Story, Part Two: Recovering from Divorce 611960

This week, I share the story of my almost 20 year relationship with my ex-husband and father of my child, the man I truly believed was my soulmate, and how I moved through total rock bottom when our marriage collapsed. I share the hard lessons I had to learn about what I was bringing into the relationship that was not working (things like insecure attachment, low self worth, codependency, and victim mentality) and how I healed. I also share how I learned to love and value myself, moved into secure attachment, learned about boundaries, and unhooked from codependency.  And, how I stopped being a people pleaser and moved into true authenticity.  I also speak about how I learned to navigate conflict, speak truth, and become an empowered empath.  There's so much more in this episode, too!
